Skill Set: Analyze system requirements and implement solutions; Responsible to create/open and manage change control requests in accordance with company best practices; Responsible to monitor event logs and clear warnings and errors; Perform patch management tasks and imaging of desktops and laptops; Perform root cause analysis of core technical issues on the server or system down situation. Will use Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Microsoft Citrix Server, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, VMWare, SAN Technologies, Juniper and Nimsoft Monitoring Tool. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology with 6 month’s experience in the related field is required.
