Job Description: Job Description: We are looking for someone with Retail Business System experience. This includes knowledge of retail, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, supply chain, CRM, planning, POS, sales reporting and system integration. Responsibilities: • Assists with ongoing customer support • Product knowledge of back office systems • Knowledge of call-center environment • Answer client questions and find solution • Works directly with client to maximize system usage and functionality to best achieve their business objectives Required Skills: • In depth knowledge of retail business processes • Familiarity with basic SQL statements a plus • Minimum 1 year experience with retail systems • Customer service oriented, willing to go the extra mile • Ability to interact with clients on any level • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently or with a team • Ability to solve problems creatively • Ability to research problems and provide solutions • Motivated by the desire to make a difference in the business, to work with a highly talented set of peers, and to work on interesting projects • Display positive and constructive attitude • Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
